Initiate Your Request
Log into your FineLegends account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
